At FitSia, all items are part of limited pre-order drops.

Due to the nature of pre-orders and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and shipping details.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at fitbysia123@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement if available.

FitSia is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
